Kevin Brown has been closely involved with Kymanox since it was founded in 2004. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he brings over twenty years of project management, technology, and systems integration experience to the company, including extensive expertise in the development of large-scale, on-demand applications. Having identified, developed, and launched multiple web based commercial applications for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Kevin is an expert in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Systems, GAMP5, and has managed both Development and Quality Assurance teams. His experience with GMP Software and Computer System Validation helps clients achieve FDA approval on software and equipment used for medical devices and the distribution and development of biopharmaceuticals. Kevin has led teams providing validation, qualification and commissioning for software and equipment supporting the approval of biologics including Humira®, Natpara®, and medical devices such as Smith & Nephew’s Taylor Spatial Frame and Visionaire products. He also has extensive experience with equipment and facility construction, recently leading a project to build a 65 million dollar medical device facility and its associated manufacturing line.

Prior to his work with Kymanox, Kevin worked in advertising, software development, and systems consulting. He also has extensive experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage and others.

At various stages of his career, Kevin has been involved in the development of desktop applications, databases, and internet applications. He has also managed technical resources in a variety of roles, supporting GxP Quality Systems and audits by regulators.

Kevin has a strong business background, having graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He has been involved in several international business projects during his career, and spent time studying at University College Dublin, in Dublin, Ireland.
