Principal Project Manager
Jennifer Woodbury is a principal project manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) at Kymanox with a focus in Quality Systems, Drug Product and API Manufacturing Operations, Clinical Trial Material (CTM) Operations, and Medical Device and Combination Product Development. Jennifer has experience in the pharmaceutical industry developing quality and operations processes, authoring and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), authoring, reviewing and approving investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), auditing quality systems, compiling information for and reviewing CMC regulatory submissions, and leading project teams.
Jennifer has worked in both commercial stage and development stage organizations. This experience has enabled her to appreciate the need to think strategically about each organization and project.
During her career, Jennifer has had the opportunity to work in QC Microbiology and Quality Assurance at a large biopharmaceutical company, in the academic research space, and finally returning to the pharmaceutical industry to pursue roles in Quality Assurance, Operations and Project Management with early and late stage organizations.
Jennifer has led multiple cross-functional project teams throughout her career. Most notably, she successfully led multiple small-scale API and Drug Product manufacturing, packaging and labeling campaigns to ensure material was available to support 2 large scale Phase 3 studies and managed ongoing CTM distribution. All materials were manufactured, released and on site with no lapse in supply. Currently, Jennifer manages several medical device and combination product projects including those using auto-injectors, pre-filled syringes, and convenience kits.
Jennifer’s education background includes a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida Southern College and a Master of Public Health degree from University of New Hampshire.
