Response to COVID-19 Pandemic: Kymanox Actions and Capabilities

Dear Valued Client,

Kymanox has been doing its part to slow the spread of COVID-19 virus and has been taking prudent proactive measures over the past couple of weeks. Effective this week, we are halting all air and public transportation travel and our entire team is now working from home. There are rare exceptions where one or two persons may need to be at a facility to directly interact with production equipment, laboratory instruments, or specialized computer systems. We are following all Federal, State, and Local recommendations and taking the most conservative approach possible. We are also asking our employees to modify their personal behaviors and stay at home (i.e., practice physical distancing and isolation), while also helping their immediate community members to do the same.

We are an agile organization and we are experts at managing large, virtual teams. For more than 15 years, we have been supporting a wide variety of projects and programs across the world using email, teleconferences, webcasting, video conferences, screen sharing, remote desktops, and so on. We have multiple technology systems, all cloud-based, to ensure our ability to stay connected, stay cyber-safe, and stay productive. We will continue to serve you and your organization during this unprecedented time.

Our project managers and team leads will ensure we stay up-to-date and comply with any of your company’s pandemic-related policies.

If you have any questions or concerns, or need any specific assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me directly or via my assistant Jocelyn (jocelyn.dorszynski@kymanox.com). Sincerely,

Stephen M. Perry
