Aly has seen how Kymanox cares about clients’ needs and projects in many instances. When a client requested more resources than originally planned and allocated, instead of saying it wasn’t possible, Kymanox looked to see how they could rearrange resources and borrow time from other departments in order to get a particular project done.
When problem solving, Aly has learned that starting with a clear problem statement that all key stakeholders agree with is very important. As Aly sees it, this step helps prevent everyone from attempting to solve their own version of what they think the problem is.
Another piece of advice Aly would offer to Kymanox’s clients to help them Get More Done is:
“Don’t let absolute perfection prevent you from getting a project started. “
Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Aly loves to travel back home or to Colorado for family time. Her dream vacation is a cruise to Norway’s gorgeous fjords. Her favorite vacation spot is Paris, where she has wandered the streets finding bakeries and patisseries. She loves to bake and says, “The best part is sharing the happiness of one of my creations with someone else.” Her go-to recipe to impress is her Vanilla French Macarons. She loves being active and plays rugby on the local Durham Team, Eno River Women’s Rugby Football Club, and also takes part in the Kymanox Ultimate Frisbee Team.
